Who We Are!

Vice President - Cody Christoph

Hey everyone, my name is Cody Christoph and I'm your new Vice President for the RDGA. I started playing disc golf in 2019, got my wife Taylor playing the next year, and since then any trip we plan together is usually centered around disc golf. I've held positions on the board previously; first as the Community Outreach Director for a year, and then taking over the league's mantle for a year.  I wanted to get involved again as I feel I still have more to offer the community. I'm excited to get back to work with my fellow board members to represent the disc golf community in Regina and put on some exciting events throughout the year.

Program Director - Samantha Dustyhorn

I’m Samantha “The COMMISH” Dustyhorn and this is my 4th year playing disc golf. I’m a busy-bodied person and if I’m not playing disc golf, you’ll find me on the soccer pitch. If you can’t find me on course or the pitch, I might be in my garden, walking my dogs, trying to be creative with my cooking or plotting/scheming new ideas for disc golf with my homies. I’m looking forward to this upcoming season and I hope all you slingers have the best of luck and most importantly, a really fun and enjoyable season. See you on the green!

Public Relations - Matthew Glennie

Hello!!!! I'm Matt, I have been playing disc golf for roughly 4 years now. When I got into the sport I couldn't get enough my first year I played around 200 rounds. My passion is to make the sport more accessible and welcoming to new and old players alike. If you see me out on the course feel free to give me feedback and join my round!!!

Member at Large - Steven Tomlinson

Hello, my name is Steven Tomlinson. I am from Regina, SK and I started playing disc golf in 2017 when a friend introduced me to the sport. I instantly fell in love with the game. Since then, I've made some great friends in the community and alongside them I have made countless memories both on and off the course. I am excited to watch my four-year-old son grow up playing the sport I love and create lasting memories of his own. My favorite disc golf memories are the road trips my friends and I make each summer, traveling to other provinces to play in big tournaments. Disc golf proves to never be a dull time. I very much look forward to the 2024 disc golf season here in Regina and I can't wait to share it with all of you

President - Devon Peters

Hello! My name is Devon and I’ve been disc-golfing for 7 seasons and playing disc sports for 10+. I have experience running non-profit organizations with annual budgets ranging from 20k to 100M+. I hope to be a steady hand for this organization as we support the growth of the sport locally and provincially. When I’m not throwing discs, I’m a high-school teacher in Regina.

Treasurer - Dan Fortier

Hi, my name is Dan, and I've been playing disc golf for 7 years. This is my second time with the RDGA board after 3 years as president from 2019 to 2022. As treasurer, my goal is to foster good financial practices and assist with  RDGA initiatives. I have a background in financial assistance and public policy.

Digital Media - Pam MacFarlane

Hello, my name is Pam and I have been playing disc golf for 2 years now. Even though that doesn’t seem very long, I have grown to love this sport, and enjoy taking my kids to the field as they have gained a love for the sport as well. I have been an avid sports player my entire life from baseball to the most recent soccer. I’m looking forward to working with this dynamic team and growing the sport in our community. If you see me out on the course, come join!

I want to continue to help develop and grow this sport in Regina for many more generations.
