Regent Park Redevelopment Project

On June 24, 2019, Regina City Council approved a recreation only redevelopment plan for the Regent Park Par 3 Golf Course. The approved design includes disc golf baskets to create a neighbourhood level practice facility. The RDGA is in contact with City staff in relation to the design and installation of the disc golf component of the project. Further information will be available once City Council approves a budget for this initiative in December 2019.

Buffalo Pound Provincial Park Disc Golf Course

In the summer of 2019, the RDGA designed and installed a new 9-hole disc golf course at Buffalo Pound Provincial Park. This course is located on the northern most area of the park which is currently under-utilized. It is designed for intermediate players who are still learning the game but enjoy a variety of throws.
